Outside Programs
Throughout the year our Afternoon Explorers program hosts other outside organizations to maximize the fun! Spanish Club™– For Preschoolers© is a fun and interactive 8 week program designed specifically for 3-5 year old students. Lesson plans incorporate a Spanish vocabulary through diverse methods including nursery rhymes, puppet shows, felt boards and lots of singing and dancing! Children complete the course with knowledge of counting in Spanish, days of the week, basic greetings and phrases, identifying animals, body parts, clothing and colors all in Spanish.

Afternoon Explorers
Our afternoon-only program is geared toward children ages 3.5-Kindergarten. Afternoon Explorers is open to TOSCEL students, but also to Kindergarteners looking for a chance to share lunch with friends and have an exciting afternoon of learning. From the hands-on exploration of volcanos to the physics of motion to an in-depth look at colors, we pack a lot of learning into our afternoon program! With a mixed-age grouping and low ratio of children to teachers, we target all aspects of child-centered learning and exploring for an afternoon of fun! Our Afternoon Explorer students ask questions and then participate in experiential lessons and multi-sensory experiments to find their answers! Each unit of study offers uniquely tailored exploratory learning based on the interests of the individual students and the group as a whole. Afternoon Explorers meets two days during the week, Monday and Wednesday. This program is a time for children ages 3.5- through Kindergarten to share lunch together, build social connections, and explore and learn through a variety of activities and learning experiences, including, but certainly not limited to:
